Repair Policy
- High Peaks Cyclery charges a $3 environmental fee for all services to cover the cost of rags, lubes, and waste disposal. Thank you for helping us lessen our impact on the environment.
- All repair work is guaranteed for 30 days.
- Mud wrestling charge may be applied for exceptionally dirty bikes.
- All prices, including tune-up package pricing, do not include replacement Parts.
Bike Shipping
We can assist with your bike shipping needs, both to and from Lake Placid. How it works:
Incoming Shipping: Ship your bike to our store using bike flights, then give us a call with the tracking information and when you plan to arrive, so we can have your bike ready to roll
Outgoing Shipping: We will disassemble and pack your bike for shipping to your destination, then send it via Bike Flight.
