Our goal is to outfit you with gear you are happy to own. If you are unhappy with a purchase, call us to discuss your options in depth.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your gear and offer the most generous return policy we can. 

Below is a simplified table of our policy. High Peaks Cyclery reserves the right to refuse refunds or apply a restocking fee at any time for any reason.

Note that any shipping costs are not refundable unless there is a defect, problem, or error with the product.

*Please note that High Peaks Cyclery requires all returns to be in the original packaging, unused, and returned in a proper shipping box or padded envelope. All gear will be evaluated, and refunds/credits may be reduced if the packaging is damaged or there are signs of abuse or wear. 30-day time limit on returns. 

**Mounted skis, cut skins, cut poles, and molded liners are customized products. 

Refunds

If refunds are applicable, you will have the choice between receiving store credit or being refunded by the original payment method. We are not able to refund any amount to a different card or payment type.    

Exchanges

Exchange requests are treated as returns, and are treated as returns and will follow the same restrictions as above. Contact us to request an exchange or for any questions. 

Warranty

High Peaks Cyclery honors all manufacturer warranties for the lifetime of the warranty. Please file a return request and select Broken / Faulty as the reason for return. You will be asked to upload or e-mail a photo of the problem and provide a brief statement. 

Shipping

High Peaks Cyclery can not refund the original shipping costs or cover the cost of return shipping unless there is a defect, problem, or error with the product. If you need help buying a return shipping label, contact us.
